Nancy Stewart, Founding Alchemist
- Extensive background in managing the entire employee lifecycle
- General Manager, with multi-million P&L responsibility, in software services and healthcare industries
- If it's an HR project, I've undoubtedly tackled it
- MA in Career Counseling; I have coached entry level job seekers to C-level executives
- Direct, open communicator, even if the message is hard to hear
- Believe in teaching others to fish. The tools and resources offered should be a springboard for organizational development
- Belief that organizations still have great strides to make in leading people and implementing transformative people initiatives
- Enthusiastic about teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing (it's a 2-way street; I look forward to learning from members, as well)
- My favorite day is playing soccer (okay, winning my soccer game), then snuggling up with my dogs, a good book, and homemade butterscotch pudding I whipped up in the morning

Katie Adams, Co-Founder
Katie is a passionate human advocate, believing that business owners and employees alike can achieve great things when they are aligned and armed with tools and resources that don't focus on the bottom line, but instead, on a business's greatest asset, its people.
Katie earned her Bachelor's in Business and Sociology from Texas Woman's University. This unique combination has positioned her to provide unparalleled support to business leadership for over a decade. By understanding the individual needs of the organization as well as the HR landscape, Katie was able to empower leadership to strengthen the foundation of their teams, thereby improving the workplace culture and positively impacting the bottom line.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys reading books, traveling and spending time with her dogs, friends and family.
